Who we are

Battuvo is an independent sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. Contact us at support@battuvo.com.

What you are buying

A prepaid, data-only eSIM plan for use while travelling, provided through our mobile network partners. Each plan lists its data allowance, validity period, covered countries, networks and when it starts. Plans do not include a phone number, calls or SMS unless the plan details say so.

Your phone

Your phone must be unlocked and support eSIM. You confirm this before checkout. If you are unsure, check with your phone maker or carrier before buying.

Prices and payment

Prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates, and your card issuer may add its own fees. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. The price you pay is fixed when you pay and is not affected by later price changes. If sales tax applies, it is shown before you pay.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your installation details appear on your private order page and we email you a link to it, usually within minutes. If we cannot deliver your eSIM, we refund you in full.

Activation and validity

Each plan shows when it starts, for example on its first network connection in a covered country. The validity period counts from that start. Unused data does not carry over after the validity period ends. A plan you never start may expire after the period shown in its details.

Using the service

• Coverage and speeds depend on local partner networks and are not guaranteed everywhere in a covered country.
• Some plans slow down after a high-speed allowance or limit hotspot use, as shown in the plan details.
• Keep data roaming off for your regular SIM while travelling if you don’t want charges from your home carrier. We aren’t responsible for your home carrier’s charges.
• Don’t resell, misuse or use a plan for unlawful purposes. Networks may suspend service used this way.

Keep your eSIM details private

Anyone with your order link or QR code may be able to install your eSIM. Most eSIMs can be installed only once, and deleting one from your phone may remove it permanently.

Where we sell

Checkout is currently available to customers who live in Canada or the United States. We may decline or cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent; if we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders; the version you accepted applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
